Nature is such as to give rise to conscious beings with minds. The essence of our humanity lies in our ability to think, imagine and create. Just as we are born into the world, so too are we born into consciousness. We are all unique individuals, but it’s our very nature to be conscious beings with minds.
It’s not a lot of work for us to feel, feel pain or fear from those around us. In fact, it’s a normal part of being human. But, because it’s natural, we needn’t be afraid of it.
